The Kosseted Kat is a family run luxurious cattery ideally located for Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Solihull and Redditch with over 47 years of commitment and experience, providing the latest facilities for our feline friends - so it's no wonder that our purpose brick-built building is the cream on the cat's whiskers when providing exactly what your cat wants in their home from home.


The spacious rooms are equipped with modern direct heating and have lots of light with large windows to look through. There are different levels to explore and access to a secure, covered outside play area. We invite customers to bring their own food and bedding so that our furry residents settle quickly.

Veterinary Inspected & Licenced Cattery

Our facilities are licenced & inspected annually and accord with the latest government guidelines for Health & Safety - and a qualified vet is available should the need arise. Alternatively, we will contact your vet if you leave their details with us. Your feline friend must have their vaccinations up-to-date to stay at The Kosseted Kat Cattery.

We operate a cancellation policy, whereby if the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount is liable to be paid in full.

WEST MIDLANDS CATTERY PRICES

  • From 1st April 2026

    •   £17.00/day for 1 cat in a standard double room

    •   £24.00/day for 2 cats sharing a standard double room (same owner/household only)

    •   £33.00/day for 3 cats sharing a family room (same owner/household only)

    •   £40.00/day for 4 cats sharing a family room (same owner/household only)


    A surcharge of £7.00 per cat per day applies on every Bank holiday. (Applies to first 2 cats only.)

  • Medications & Diabetic Cats

    Regardless of administering tablets/medications on alternate days, or just once a day, there is an extra daily charge for every day your cat is with us, because your cat(s) require more observation time and care if they are being given medicines. 


    Therefore, we charge......


    £3.00/day for giving tablets and/or liquid meds up to 2 times per day

     

    £5.00/day for giving tablets and/or liquid meds 3 times per day

     

    We have many years of experience in administering insulin injections to diabetic pets. 

    For administering insulin injections, the daily rate increases for every day of your cats’ stay, by....

     

    £5.00/day for administering up to 2 injections daily; usually 12 hours apart, which is out of normal business hours.
